Gladys Knight is coming to Fayetteville. Here’s what to know.

Legendary singer Gladys Knight, the “Empress of Soul,” will perform in Fayetteville this fall to kick off the 88th season of Fayetteville’s Community Concerts.

Knight will perform at the Crown Complex, 1960 Coliseum Drive, on Nov. 10, according to a news release from the Crown. She last performed in Fayetteville in November 2012.

The seven-time Grammy winner has had multiple No. 1 hits with her family group the Pips in pop, gospel, R&B and adult contemporary, including “Midnight Train to Georgia,” “If I Were Your Woman,” “I’ve Got to Use My Imagination,” “Best Thing to Ever Happen to Me” and “I Heard it Through the Grapevine.”

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Crown Box Office and on Ticketmaster.com. The box office is located at the main entrance of the Coliseum, just off Owen Drive.
